I currently live in a Birch apartment, I came to live here because it was close to nature, where I could breathe fresh air, etc., etc.
all advertising. It seems to me that they are only interested in renting houses, they don't take care of the common area, they create rules and don't make sure they are followed.
Now that it's summer, it's impossible to be here, I've already made a complaint but nothing has happened and I haven't received a response.
Neighbors who smoke every minute, you can't open windows, you can't hang clothes on the balcony, you can't even have tea in the morning enjoying the breeze on the balcony if you're not a smoker, because all the cigarette smell enters your apartment. Neighbors smoke all the time, if they preach that their apartments are for those who want to be close to nature, then they should create specific spaces for smoking tenants. It's very annoying to pay so much and have these constraints.
They create rules just to say they create them, but no one follows them and no one in the condominium checks them.
I'm really very dissatisfied with this situation I'm going through, I feel trapped in my own home and I have to pay 10,700 crowns every month for this.

We understand what an inconvenience smoking is for non-smokers. Unfortunately, smoking is not prohibited where you live. And therefore people are allowed to smoke on their balconies. It is, of course, unfortunate if you have been told otherwise.
I have looked into your case. The project you live in is owned and managed by Cobblestone. At Birch Ejendomme, we rent out the apartments, but anything related to housing rules is determined by Cobblestone.
We sympathize with your situation, but it is out of our hands, since we do not own the project. We would really like for you to send your review to Cobblestone instead of us, so they can help you along.

I have lived for one year in Birch Ejendomme house. It was a nice experience, but I am disappointed by the sky-high deductions made upon move-out. We believe we left the home in the best condition possible, but the net result is that Kr. 16.339 was deducted on move-out :(

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the cost of move-out.
When you moved out, we observed that painting was required for walls, window frames and woodwork. Additionally, extra cleaning and garden maintenance were necessary. These factors together make up the total amount of the cost of the move-out.
