Unreasonably high withdrawal fees, non existent customer support and The exchange says you need KYC while trading whereas The people behind it say you dont, it allowed me make the first trade but says I need KYC to make another. And no where does it say you need this before you make your deposit. Very poor exchange
I transferred a coin to this Exchange and exchanged it for BTC. About $600. The exchange to BTC was made. Later that day when I attempted to log back in to transfer the BTC to my Ledger, Bione advised me that I did not have an account with them. My $600 is now in their pocket permanently.
