Beyond Flooring USA exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire shopping experience felt seamless — the website was well-designed and easy to browse, making it simple to compare options and find the perfect flooring. Pricing was transparent and very fair for the quality offered. When I had a question about installation and delivery, their customer support team responded quickly and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products, great prices, and genuine care for their customers — but Beyond Flooring USA truly does.

They were great, especially with questions. I was never left hanging or waiting on answers. I even had a delivery misunderstanding that they quickly handled and an under-order issue. They didn't end up having one piece of the material, but got me in contact who did, so that my project wasn't delayed.
