AVOID

AVOID! Website and ad said it was made it UK, but items were made and shipped from China :( Not happy, asked for full refund, they ignored me and didn’t refund.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! It might say money back guarantee on their page but I'm being told to accept a 60% refund because my item was shipped from Australia(!) and will cost a lot to return and take a long time. These are my customer service responses and they don't reply if you respond to the email so you have to go back to the website and submit another form. They have not offered a full refund.

Don't touch this company!!!!!!

"Return the Product: You can choose to send the product back to us for a replacement or a refund. However, please be aware that this process may take a considerable amount of time, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

Keep the Product: Alternatively, if you prefer a quicker and more convenient solution, you can opt to keep the product.
In this case, we will issue you a partial refund equivalent to 60% of your whole order value as compensation for the inconvenience caused"

"Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. We have stock in both uk and australia! Your order was sent from our australian warehouse because of low stock in uk. So the the sending back cost would be expensive.
We recommend going with a refund instead!"

JUST DON'T

I am based in the UK, as is Glowara, and expected the product to be delivered within a week at least. On the 4th May, it still reflected my order as being in transit(as in the warehouse) where it had sat from the day following the order placed. I enquired to this and asked to cancel the order. This request was denied by Emily at customer support stating my order had already been processed, and was on its way, but I could return within 30 days if dissatisfied with the product for a refund...I'm sure at my cost.
I followed with a reply that it appeared not to be on its way as it was till "in transit" and I wanted a refund. On the 5th May I received a mail saying there was a slight delay in orders due to high demand. Again, I asked for a refund. On the 7th May Emily advised they had processed a refund and I would also receive the product within 3 days. The product arrived but to date, now the 20th May, despite my having made contact on the 12th to advise that it had not been received, no refund is reflecting. It has now been 25 days and nothing.
Considering the positive reviews read online I am so surprised and actually challenged them at one point as to whether the "glowara" site I ordered through were legit ...but I have no proof that they aren't . What I do know is that I would not recommend this company nor their facial cup set ...seriously non exceptional, and could be bought online for very much less. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had and I buy online pretty much every week. If you had thought to buy from them, just don't.
