The customer service is incredible! I order every year for a friend from Portugal. Before every package being packed and shipped, I get a picture of the package, how it looks. I don't know any other shop that does this. Only great experience with this company! <3

Delivered on time, also before delivery i got a confirmation email with a photo of the gift box and what it contains.

Paid extra to have a birthday gift delivered on day of birthday and the delivery was not made. Delivery was possible till 7pm at 4pm received a mail saying it will not be done. Really really disappointed 😔
