Shocking Experience: Paid Over €3762 for Pioneer DJ Gear, Never Received It
I’m leaving this review to warn others about my extremely disappointing and costly experience with Bax Music / bax-shop.fr.
In early 2024, I placed a large order totaling €3762.18 ,(order number: 20581013 ) which included two major Pioneer DJ items: the XDJ-AZ and the FLT-XDJAZ flight case. While I did receive a partial shipment of small accessories, the main products were never delivered.
Shortly after, I learned that Bax Music had gone bankrupt, yet they continued accepting orders and promoting discount codes right up until the end. All communication with their customer service has completely stopped — no replies to emails, no one answering the phone. It’s been radio silence.
This isn’t just a case of poor customer service — it feels like I was misled and left with no way to recover my money or the equipment. I’ve reached out directly to Pioneer DJ in hopes they might help, but the fact that this happened through one of their official retail partners makes it even more upsetting.
Avoid this company at all costs. Check thoroughly before placing any order. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

Shameful. After 9 days of the payment and 3 calls to the customer service... the piano has not been even shipped! And it was supposed to be delivered on the 05/12/2024, but BAX is not able to confirm me if it is on its way or not.
Not acceptable at all for a product that cost more than 3000 euros!
I am looking forward to change this review if you solve the problem.
In the meanwhile the web still advertises that since the product is in stock... If you order "before X" it will be delivered next "Y day". Sorry, but it was not true at all in my case.
Let's see how this evolve. For the moment... no piano after 9 days... and not even confirmation that has been shipped.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The product broke within a year, and the customer service since has been AWFUL. Multiple attempts to return the faulty device (a return that I had to pay £20 for), and now nearly 8 months on I still have no refund. Countless 'update' emails with no news, requests to evidence the refund transaction (for a refund I haven't received) and zero sense of urgency. Bunch of scammers.
A women could grow and deliver a baby in the time it will take Bax to transfer £80 back to my account.

An email was sent the same day with a video explaining that we could try to find a solution without returning the item. 10 days later with no response, call the customer service number to hear me respond.
"When did you send this email? We responded to all our emails"

HORRRIBLE customer service. The moment you have a slight problem, you won't ever have it resolved so don't risk buying anything here. I ordered two things. One thing came on time, the other came 3 weeks late. By then I wanted to return the product as their return policy allows. However, it's been about 2 weeks since they said they would send the return label. I feel like I'm getting scammed at every step of interaction with the company.
