I was looking for a competitively priced AGM deep cycle leisure battery that would fit in the available space and maximize the available power from the solar system. Batteriesweb own brand Caravan 140Ah AGM deep cycle leisure battery was an optimal solution

the battery arrived on time in good condition .
it is now fitted and works great the old battery must have been worn out.
great value for money .would use web batteries again.

Excellent overall, i would not hesitate in recommending to others

This is the most dishonest, corrupt and misleading online business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
1:- They over inflate the original price to make you beleive you are getting great discounts.
2:- I returned a faulty battery for warranty claim. They simply emptied the fluid from the battery then blamed me, the customer, for under maintenance. How do I know? ... When the battery was returned to me it was considerably lighter than when I returned it.
Q3:- They are unhelpful, nasty and corrupt.

There are many other sites selling similar batteries at equal prices. Is unfortunate that bateriasweb.com dominates search engines... My advice is search deeper and dismiss bateriasweb.com

I ordered batteries they came broken . I returned them and they will not replace the broken batteries. what is worse I have to pay to receive the batteries back.

Please spend your money elsewhere . I am a solar engineer and have spent thousands with this company and this is how they treat me.

I don't normally review services or products as there is little to gain from doing so but on this occasion I feel its important. Firstly Bateriasweb are not really the villains, its really MRW the transport and Logistics company. However the customer doesn't chose the transport we only get the result. In this case it was a terrible pack of lies. Firstly Baterias told me that delivery would be one day. I allowed two in my mind as we are in Portugal and Baterais are in Spain. On day two I received notification to log on to MRW and it said "address incomplete". This was totally incorrect and an excuse used often by Logistics companies who don't deliver. Day three no update, then a bank holiday on a Friday so silence, silence too all weekend then Baterias responded to my emails on Monday asking for clarification. They said they are chasing them, but still no update, day 7 I received an update saying they were going to deliver that day, nothing and on Wednesday day 8 I was told it would be that day. I received a call from an upset driver who said he couldn't find the house. I send him a pin drop and he said he would need to return later. At 18:00 hrs the battery was delivered. I told Bateriasweb that I was at home for day 1 and 2 and that a neighbor would be at home for the delivery. They stayed at home for 3 days because of this, I simply didn't believe the battery would be delivered so I ordered a replacement, (this also has been delivered in two days), and a serious amount of emails and stress. My boat needs the battery for the bilge pump. Its a risky business not having a bilge pump working! Overall I now have an alternative supplier Borrrocal. Try them first.

Impressive communication & service. Competitive pricing. This review isn't for the product, which can only be achieved by testing over a period of time.

I’ve made several purchases of Victron Equipment from the website for delivery in Portugal. All arrived quickly by courier and were well packaged. I had to return an item that I had ordered the wrong specification for. I sent it back using their returns service and was refunded, minus the return freight. I suggest keeping the original packaging until you are happy with the item or until the warranty expires so it’s easier to return if necessary.

After ordering an battery and paying for it it was delivered but had to pay again. Send an email and the next day i got my money back. Great service and quick respons. Great company will order again 👍🏻

Cheap battery and fast delivery.
I was sent the wrong battery for starters, that had a really, really tight fit. Announce a reference from a brand, and send another reference from another brand. Ok, I can somewhat swallow that. It got to work.
3 months after purchase, the battery started leaking. Contacted the shop, which immediately claimed there was something wrong with my vehicle.
Back and forward conversations and the shop agreed to take it back for "inspection". Guess what, although the leak was from the carcass of the battery, they claimed I had installed the cover in a wrong way. Which should not have happened anyway as I'm supposed to receive the battery ready to use, and I didn't. I had to pour the acid in myself.
I sent the shop a video clearly showing where the battery was leaking, and yet they insist it's from the cover and refuse to replace the battery under warranty, and if I want it back, I have to pay.
The worst customer service possibly. I knew the warranty would be refused by the way the conversation went.
When told they broke the law by sending me a battery not ready to use, they just ignored.
Stay away from this people.

Website is terrible, but they delivered super fast. Product was according to description, new and well packaged. Awesome tracking feature as well.
The website is super confusing, and led me to buy the wrong item, a floaded instead of AGM.
Giving positive review so they are encouraged to invest in a remake of the site, would really level up with the big brands and provide more conf
