Lovely balloons really big! Gorgeous colours and super easy to order and fast delivery.
It was really nice and timing was perfect. The arrangements were beautiful and the driver was very nice and it was easy to communicate with him and with my needs.

Quality is good, but the gel balloons quickly deflated.

I was a little worried as I wanted confirmation that the day I had placed in my order was accepted as the order confirmation does not show this. I emailed three times with zero response so felt quite annoyed and unsure they would arrive. However, on the correct day at the time asked for my balloons arrived, they were everything and more, beautiful and stunning. They just need to sort out customer service, there is no telephone number so you only have email. No excuse to not respond to just put a customer at ease. The delivery and product though - WOW - Fantastic!

Half an hour after delivery took 1 ball, the next day all the balls passed . And why after the order on the site and payment were still required to pay . Full disappointment
