Customer service was extremely helpful making sure I got the parts I needed from the start for my application without the endless cycle of ordering pieces I didn’t think of. The products speak for themselves in quality. They throw an amazing amount of light and the ability to swap lens based on application works great. I’ll be buying more when I get to the next project.

Had a few qiestions after my install of the S-2 driving combo lites on my Harley Davidson CVO -ST , and they returned my request right of way . Great lights and great customer service right here .

Easy selection on website. Confirmation email received right after order was placed. Lights received within a couple days. Solid wire harness - easy install. Time to keep adding to the collection.

Baja Designs make the best off road lighting hands down. Yes they're expensive but these are the real deal and there is no comparison to the cheap knock-offs. If you want real lighting that works this is what you need.

Less than a month ago I bought a pair of S1 Lasers and one of the lights emits an irregular beam of light. I contacted customer service sending some photos but they never answered me, maybe because I don't write well in English or maybe because it's inconvenient to solve problems in a far away country like Italy

I have many sets of Baja Design lights on my rig. I have tried others but Baja works the best for my off-road needs. I recently noticed one of my XL80 lights had water/condensation in it. The light is approximately 2 years old. I emailed Baja Designs, just looking for info on how to order a new o ring. Anthony responded to my email and said he would send me a couple of o rings to the address they had on file. After looking at the old o ring it does not appear it was a worn down issue, it was still in good shape, rather it had been installed with a slight twist in the o ring which I am sure caused the water issue. Baja Designs fixed the issue free of charge and without question. So great service and a great product who good ask for more.

I had upgraded my dirtbike to a Baja Designs light years ago and it was awesome. Then a few years ago I built a custom brush truck for forestry work and used their lights again, incredible, bombproof! My OEM fog lamps in my Tundra failed and just replaced them with some Squadron fog lamps, per the usual, incredible. Although the installation instructuons were a lil weak I must say. My loyalty has been earned.

Great lights. Happy with the squadrons we put on our jeep bumper. Looking at buying more lights from baja.

For a product often out of stock and/or built to order = the packaging, presentation, and overall product quality do NOT justify the price.

internal product packaging is very poor = not arranged in the cardboard cutouts

meso-customs adapter does not line up with BD holes
no allen key/wrench included for the included allen screws

Product Description states: "If your vehicle has a 7-pin trailer plug connector (reference vehicle fitment chart), you have the option of using the S1 hitch light kit with the trailer adapter harness. This option allows for an easy plug and play installation."

My vehicle does have the 7-pin trailer plug connector and the BD adapter does not fit. = I have an expensive product that now needs custom wiring or additional parts to work.

Definetly NOT plug-and-play.

The product description does NOT state: "this universal adapter will ONLY work with the models/vehicles listed" = apparently that is the case

This product COULD be universal IF they used a normal 7-pin trailer plug (trailer side) = where one would connect a trailer for lights

Customer Service does pickup quickly when called but is not able to address the issue.

Tech Support has a Call Queue where I am "caller number 22" and no estimated wait time given.

I did get a call back several hours later the same day.

I was told to try spending more money and make a purchase on Amazon for an adapter to fit my application.

I was also told there is a known issue that not all connectors are round and the square or rectangle shape will not work with their adapter.

Shame on BD and the marketing department for not including that info in the product description.

Fantastic products, I have many Baja Designs lights and I'm never disappointed. Best you can buy, hands down.

They make the best off-road lights on the market!! And they also have the greatest customer support! Highly recommend them
For your off-road lighting needs.

Tried out the fog lights last few nights in Moab with not much moonlight. Very bright! Hitch light is awesome too!

Excellent product certified rugged environment use! Will buy again!
