Amazing customer service.
I had an issue with one of their products and they resolved it in less than 2 days. They sent me a part that wasn't working anymore in less than 7 days( delivered from Denmark). Definitely will recommend.

We have a BabyDan baby gate that we bought when our children were little and that we're now using for our young grandson. Unfortunately a very small part associated with the handle mechanism had become worn and no longer stayed in place.
I found BabyDan's email address (they're based in Denmark), sent them an email asking if such a part was still available and was most impressed to receive a reply within less than 30 minutes to the effect that they would send me a complete replacement handle free of charge.
The item arrived a few days later and was very easy to fit, giving a new lease of life to an excellent product (and ensuring our little grandson stays safe).

I have a BabyDan wooden stair gate which is excellent and fit for purpose. Unfortunately one of the fittings broke (not a fault of the gate). I emailed Customer Services at BabyDan and asked about spare parts. I was amazed at the prompt reply I received (from John Wheeler) and overwhelmed that he sent me the required fitting immediately and at no charge. This represents outstanding after sales customer service. Thank you ‘Baby Dan’

What a rarity, it is nowadays, to find a company, so willing and helpful to a customer. It was a fantastic experience to have requested assistance with a pet gate and within 48 hours. Have the item shipped to my address fitted and working again. all free of charge. The customer service is 2nd to none. Brilliant!!!👍

The Multicrib is a product like no other,
A travel crib with 4 wheels, so parents can rock an aching/fighting baby to sleep, even on the go.
Very robust product, haven't found other products that can go up to 15kg.
Very pleased.

Did not know what to expect when I wanted to replace wheels after heavy use, but their amazing service sent me new ones no questions asked.

Exemplary customer service from Babydan. I have an old playpen bought for my first child 15 years ago, which I wanted to reuse for my new baby. However, I had lost all of the supporting poles. I reached out to Babydan who have sent me the missing parts free of charge. Companies can learn from babydan how to treat their customers.

Very happy with BabyDans customer service. I also had an issue with spare parts for my no trip stair gates (little plastic top latch broke). Hadn't found any option to purchase it in Ireland, so reached out to them for a possibility of buying at the source. As they didn't have the option of selling it, I was offered to have a few of them shipped directly to my address free of charge. Fantastic, prompt, helpful and professional response, can use my 3 gates again safely with a second baby on the way. Trustworthy company, thank you.

Contacted them as some screws for a folding gate went missing in our household, they just sent the replacements out with no questions asked. Quick to respond and professional. The gates (we have 3) have so far been worth the money.

We bought one of their stair gates to of course prevent little ones falling down the stairs, after what we consider a decent amount of use one of the brackets broke. I contacted customer services in the hope they would let me buy one - rather than having to get a new gate. I got a speedy response from them and one provided FOC within three days of the first email. Well done to BabyDan.
