Ordered some products online, waited 2 weeks for them to arrive because they could not give me the in store ones, apparently those are full pryce, and mostly for display.

Title: Misleading product & poor customer experience.
1. Auchan’s system did not recognize my email, even though it’s linked to my discount card.
2. The cheese sold as “brânză de burduf” has nothing to do with authentic brânză de burduf — the taste, texture, and quality are completely off.
3. The website’s review section is frustrating and unhelpful.
4. I do not recommend this product to anyone. This is not brânză de burduf — stay away.
I had great delivery experiance from aushan.
Bucharest. Every online order they try to scam you. Absolutely every order. The check says that the product is there, but in fact it is not. Each time the refund takes a lot of time, several letters to the Email, several calls and only then they respond. Terrible service.
