I have suffered with inflammation in various parts of my body for decades. I was visiting with a friend recently. As we got up off our chairs I noticed how slowly and painfully she got up. This is the best anti inflammatory supplement. I take it at night and am able to sleep through the night as aches and pains do not wake me up. My daughter also takes it after teaching many crosfit classes and loves it.
