Easy ordering and quick turnaround. Using hard to remove scotch tape is frustrating when unpacking the roll, however.

I love art brands! My designs are always more vibrant and more beautiful than the digital version I send to them. Shipping is always fast. The price is also very reasonable.

Need to only sell transfers thst are less than a year old...the older transfers do not work well and ruin the intended products!! Need to let customers know how old the transfers are and let them decide to buy or not.

I WOULD COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ESPECIALLY LAURIE CONLEY!! I have never in my life have dealt with such unprofessionalism for the loyalty I have given for 10 years spending thousands of dollars with the company every year. I would rate no stars if I could.

The new owners don't care about the past or loyal customers that's obvious. Their heat transfer quality has vanished as customers are coming back more often because the transfer has peeled and I have to cook them longer. They have caused me a lot of stress in a small amount of time trying to communicate with LAURIE and the company, I've lost a lot of business and put on a no serve list because I tried stopping a start up Trump store in my area from purchasing transfers (which I started printing their tshirts the first year it opened) because befriended me and stole my whole operation of exactly what I do and ordered all the Trump and political prints that I had in my store front.

I tried expressing my concern to LAURIE and the company about my experience losing business. I was completely ignored as if I was nothing. I've been buying thousands every year. Reordering every year. I will not work with a company that gives no loyalty to small businesses who have spent 10's of thousands of dollars each year with them. In fact ArtBrands is hurting small businesses and economies not knowing who they are doing business with.

All of them were great, EXCEPT FOR THE PETER COTTONTAIL, THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN EVEN USE THEM...They had a bunch of the ink faded off them or ran out of ink...Would not recommend buying from this company..There was No way they could of Missed this, as there bad and very noticeable just glancing at them..Never again, will I order from your company again...These were for a new start up company..I'd give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. YOUR A BUSSINESS AND SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOUR WORK AND NOT SEND STUFF THAT BELONGS IN THE WASTE, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THE PETER COTTONTAIL ONES ARE.
