BS company

BS company, as soon as they detect you have something going they come up with some new shit to try and get you off your game and trading to fail and loose, so you dont get a payout. Startet suddenly to alot and force them to take screenshot of their trades and trading plan, and explaining every little thing into detail, to keep you from getting a payout. so they can deny you... it is PURE BS what they are doing. IF we can Choose anything else than this Company Scamming only. Also in the facebook channel they have people are unable to post negative things about them, thats why everything you see there is a lie!

If i could give Zero stars I would

If i could give Zero stars I would.
It was going well I thought. Took me 13 Month to get funded. And I then proceeded to pay $160 for lifetime fee to have my real funded account activated. Since then all went OK and I even signed my friend to use this firm through affiliate link.
Then about 1 more year in My account was locked. I asked why and opened HELP Desk ticket. they told me my first name in my online account not matching my ID.
Which as confusing as it gets considering that I submitted all of IDs and Even went through Face recognition app to verify everything the second time in attempt to fix
whatever this is. Help desk wasn't trying to fix anything he just locked me out of my account and canceled that subscription I paid for to get funded account activated.

I see that this firm gets 1.4 star reviews and I think this is generous.
It takes them a day to resolve a ticket. And now they literally canceled my account for something I had no control over- probably some IT error. I was trading with them for almost 2 years and then got canceled out of everything in 1 week for my id not matching??
How can it even be real..
I know that they seem the cheapest but do your research. Some firms chsrge more monthly but void activation and pay out faster. There are better ones out there. And also. They did this thing on my actual Birthday. Which is today. As I am leaving this review. No regard to how this influences my livelihood, whatsoever. They don't care. And guys who locked my account seemed very snobby in the email.

This Scam Almost Destroyed Me

I was lied to, manipulated, and pressured into depositing more money, only to have my account “restricted” when I tried to withdraw. I was in shock, but after some research, I found the name on my profile picture, who assured me that my case wasn’t hopeless. They went after the scammers aggressively, and within a month, I got my entire investment back!

Frauds

Apextrader is a fraudulent company that took a lot from my friends and I. I regret ever trusting them. I had to lodge a complaint to the firm on my display picture and that was how I got back everything I was owed.

I started with Apextrader with a Eva R. She promised to assist me get out of debt, next thing Eva was pressuring me to borrow
$2,000 from finance to pay off debts faster. I ended up borrowing the 2,000 when I asked for 2,000 to pay off some debts Eva sent 2,300 to my wallet in USDC knowing I was unable to exchange it now my wallet is frozen because Eva initiated BNB which now required ne to pay $500-$1,000 blockchain fees which I know upfront fees are all scams. I asked to withdraw my account funds of $3,3320 and of course no one responded. I've now lost total just under $8,000. Apextrader is TOTAL A SCAMMER COMPANY STAY CLEAR

Never Get a Payout

This company is a complete scam. Do not believe any of the good reviews. You will never ever get a payout. Even if you follow all the rules. Go anywhere but Apex or else you will regret it. They literally find reasons not to give payouts. Thieves run this company. Don't be enticed by the cheap fees. Be smart. Do your research on them first before parting with your cash.

If i could give it negative stars

If i could give it negative stars, i would… if you make the smallest mistake or click the wrong link on their site, you are DONE. They will do nothing to help out, they have a “no refund policy”, regardless what happens . Plus it takes them days to get back to you, sometimes no response at all, no phone support. Please be careful when signing up. Make sure you don’t agree to something you’re not aware of, please be careful, learn from my mistakes. They will shut down your account with no refunds. BE CAREFUL.

I had over 200K in profits over 19…

I had over 200K in profits over 19 accounts. Abided by ALL the rules. Requested a payout on July 15th. After 1 week i get an e-mail telling me I need to record myself trading to verify that i am the actual person taking my trades. I had to do this 3 times, because their instructions were very vague each time. After the third time, where i did EVERYTHING they asked, they simply started ghosting me. I requested 34k, and their response is to simply not anwser the request and ignore me. This is clearly very bad practice. I will never see that money, and all I can do is warn other people to stay away from Apex. There are people who DO get paid. But Apex seems to cherrypick who it pays. If youre a new trader, you might get 1 payout out of them. If you have a large following you might get even more payouts out of them. But if youre an unknown but very good trader, they will do everything in their power to get rid of you. Be smart and stay away from this sinking ship and fraudulent company, if you value your time and money.

Customer service is sleeping on the job

I have had an ongoing issue with rithmic where everytime one of my accounts renews I cannot login. I ask them to fix it and it happens again the next month. When I contact customer service they tell me that the problem is due to me not logging in properly. Each time I tell them all my connections are set up perfectly and that the issue is with rithmic freezing my login id when my accounts renew each month. Customer service sends cut and paste instructions on how to set up a connection on ninjatrader. When I respond explaining what fixed it last time they don't respond for multiple hours. I send some messages to inquire what is happening and they don't respond at all. It takes hours and possibly a full trading day to get a simple response. They never prorate my account for the days lost and thus just burn my time and money. Look at other prop trading firms. Apex was the king and the king has dethroned himself with all the problems arising.
