Currently awaiting order from December. Emailed twice with no response. Poor

I bought antifreeze devices 5 of them bloody scam it's fake not working and I complained email them they are ignoring me they don't want to give me refunds they are bloody thieves scammers. Looting customers they took my £25.00 for something doesn't work .

I bought articles they are advertising on FB - neither work and are probably pieces of Chinese junk! I have emailed them at least 6 times and requested a refund. I have had no responses. Their website indicates a 24/7 contact, there is no contact number given. My advice - go elsewhere. Antasie - I am looking for you and will track you down.

I ordered a truck mug i December still hasn't arrived. Sent emails to ask where item is no reply

Ordered my items way before Christmas still not got anything. Emailed but no reply. Then got a email saying delivered and I do not have it. The whole site is a scam it needs to be shut down

Like other people who have ordered items the exact same has happened to me. I bought items that where advertised on Instagram on 18th November, I paid for them but up until now I have not received them. I emailed them and they said to use the 17track app which I had and told them this in the email. They never replied to my second, third or fourth email. This company is a scam company, they take peoples money and they never get their items they have ordered and giving them one star is a joke cause they don't deserve any stars 😤 😤😤

Ordered kids Xmas present mid November, ordered through instagram and there was no suggestions they were being sold via this company as I would have stayed well away because I know what they are like!!!!! Only after I paid did it show it was with them. Clever and sneaky

2 months later and numerous emails unanswered I have realised it’s a scam … and the £30 was taken and nothing sent out to me
Something needs to be done about these companies

Five weeks after paying for an item I received an email say my item was delivered. It was NOT delivered. I sent two emails stating the fact but have not had a reply. This company should be avoided at all costs, total scam.
Am now seeking legal advice against this scam, at least Richard Turpin wore a mask.

Awful does not work any of them and I bought six.

Ordered Christmas presents. Still not arrived, and no response to emails.
Con artists.

They advertised a Taylor Swift monopoly style board game (Swiftopoly) which I ordered for my daughter. Paid £24.98 via PayPal (thank goodness).
After 4 weeks of waiting, I chased them up and they said I could cancel my order; which I did.
However, the ‘board’ game arrived after 6 weeks and it was actually a piece of cheaply designed and printed cloth!
Anatasie.co.uk refused to give me a refund despite the fact that they mis-sold, mis advertised a product AND despite the fact that I cancelled the order (all on email).
Had to escalate to PayPal who refunded me fully as this company would only offer a reduced refund.

NEVER AGAIN. What a waste of time and effort.

I ordered the 4k streaming device and couldn’t get it to work on 2 tv’s and multiple hdmi inputs.
Tried to contact the company but no reply. It’s Dec 30th, maybe they are closed. I will try again in January 2025!!

I ordered 2 pairs of wireless open ear Bluetooth earbuds on the 31/10/24 at a cost of £59.99 for Christmas presents and today is 29/12/24 and still haven’t received them. On Christmas Eve I had to go out buy presents to replace the earbuds. Try to email this place 4 time and no reply. It’s a bad way of doing business

No sign of my 24 in 1 screwdriver sets which I ordered on 13th December and was dispatched on 16th. I paid £36 so I am assuming it is a scam. I should have been more careful.

Company took days to acknowledge order, still haven’t received an advent calendar ordered on 16th November and can’t get any response from the company regarding delivery or a cancellation and refund.

Don’t bother!!!! Ordered with a month to spare (elf kit). Finally arrived on the 6th December and it’s a pile of shit!!!! Absolutely disgusting company. Terrible communication. Typical Chinese junk.
