Once they get your payment, there is no feedback or support at all. I already did full payment and for 6 months now I have no access to the online class nor did they proceed with a refund.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Never join. They are only money minded. They will finish up all your money by failing you again and again. Never ever join this university. Too much hidden costs. Teachers explains so badly. They give 3months sem preparation time. Books will never deliver on time. Totally a fake organization. All my money wasted!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at AmityMy experience with Amity was very…

My experience with Amity was very disappointing. The promises made during admission and orientation were not fulfilled in reality. The management lacked proper communication, and students often had to run from one department to another just to get basic support. Instead of focusing on student growth and learning, I felt that money was given more importance than actual education.

Facilities were not up to the standard that was advertised, and many services that were supposed to be included were either delayed or missing. The administration was unhelpful whenever concerns were raised, which made the whole experience frustrating.

How they can improve:

Focus more on genuine student support rather than just publicity.

Ensure that the promises made during admission are actually delivered.

Improve transparency in fees and services.

Train staff to handle student concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Though I want to give 0 star but that's not the option. They are looting money and making false promises. They first allure the students on the name of scholarship on full three year course , after taking fees for first sem then they verify the form and tell that you are eligible for scholarship for only first sem. Later when we apply to withdrawal and ask for refund they don't even reply that yes refund is processed for more than 35 days. It's so difficult to contact them at their given numbers.

My disappointed experience with Amity University Online has been very disappointing.

At the beginning, I thought they truly cared about students — but now I realize they only care until you register and make the payment. After that, there is no real support.

I studied BBA for just two weeks and submitted a request on August 1st to change my program to BCA. They replied positively and said the request was being processed, but until now — almost one and a half months later — nothing has changed. I kept following up on daily basis , but all I received were empty assurances and delays without any progress.
Because of this, my studies have been delayed, I have suffered a lot of stress, and I have completely lost hope in them and now try to looking for other valued university that respect the students.
I strongly advise others not to join Amity University Online,If they cannot handle such a simple request and treat students properly, then they do not deserve your trust.

During enrollment

During enrollment, they offered a lot of things, but after the first payment, I didn't receive what I expected. Additionally, the student affairs department lacked timely organization for the online classes, and a few faculty members did not conduct classes for us in the third semester (Data Science). They are improving, but it still isn't up to standard.

My minor project deleted by Amity

My minor project for the MBA 3rd semester was recently deleted by Amity. After submitting a query (Ticket No. 1492156), the student support team responded, citing an "integrity violation." Since then, I've sent numerous emails requesting solid evidence to substantiate this claim of an integrity issue, but they have yet to provide any proof. To date, my project has not been restored.

I strongly suspect that the university is engaged in a scheme of selling projects to students for profit. About a month ago, someone called offering to sell me a project report for Rs. 2,000. I declined, explaining that I would complete it on my own. I believe this caller was associated with Amity, and because I refused the offer, they may have retaliated by deleting my project. It appears to be a strategy for generating revenue through unethical means.

Before admission, they treat prospective students with great importance, but once enrolled, the support team consistently fails to address issues effectively.

Horrible experience

This is the worst possible online institute whose only purpose is to make money from the people. I had applied for an online course but to some circumstances I had to cancel the course. They have happily cancelled the course but are not ready to refund my fees. They are not even cancelling my student loan account. Hence I m simply paying them free money every month after month without getting any services in return. Would never recommend anybody to take up the course.

I m so glad I read all the review

I m so glad I read all the review . I m going to share how compelling and irritating and UNPROFESSIONAL, their staff is
I told saurav (an agent ) that I can’t join the July intake due to financial issues and will try in December .
Reply - You can join in December That's absolutely fine but This scholarship is just valid for July session only... That means, in December the fees would be 4400 USD I.e. 6097 CAD ( how does a scholarship expire 😂)
Second , I told him , I can’t afford it now …
Response - I would suggest you to borrow this semester fees from nay friends or family instead of paying double in December . ( he is going to tell me how to manage my money )
Lastly , I asked him how is 1100 $ = 91000inr I am from Canada , so he says
1100 USD = Rs. 91,300 , Easy calculation
I legit felt like telling him , shov it up far into your bl**dy A** .
Very very very arrogant people .
I think I rather put in another 10,000$ and study from a Canadian university vs these disrespectful ppl .
Name of the agent - saurab sharma .

I'm currently a student at Amity Online…

I'm currently a student at Amity Online pursuing bachelor's degree. There is a system for giving exam in amity online. We have to generate admit card and they provide you the access key for the examination. But if you don't generate the admit card before 48 hours, you can't give exam and attend a re-exam next semester by paying a thousand rupees. That's what happened in my case. Due to some technical issue I wasn't able to generate a card and when I later tried for generating one then I got a message 'booking date over'. That's when I acknowledged the 48 hours concept. I called the student support several times but got no solution. I had to pay a 1000rs for something I wasn't responsible for. And also I had been preparing for the test prior a month and couldn't give the exam due to a stupid reason.

It's all fake, college vidya and amity University

It's all fake, pls don't go by what they say. If they help, il repost the review in a positive way. We tried seeking help since a year after taking admissions.

Guys pls do not get into Amity University. I know what we are facing qnd no one from the University, college vidya comes to help . We applied for online MBA course through college vidya - after thorough discussion of many days and hours, understanding that person is a corporate professional of finance.
The 1st year, 1st semester while appearing for the exam after half the exam site suddenly stopped working and nothing waa working, no screen ahot allowed no one foe help.
Next exam onwards not allowed to appear. We contacted everyone from college Vidya, amity - forget helping no one picked calls.
On calling college Vidya said we cant do anything will try talking to Amity...we got to know one number and called them in amity. He said give next time with sem 2 -with fees Rs 2500 extra for 1st paper (Without our fault).
We requested for reexam as we were prepared, but they refused.
Now next exam, sem 2- begins today, and guess what, not allowed to sit for paper 1- again saying you should have registered 48 hours before, though we were trying since friday and their site had a problem.
Again they say, pat Rs 2500 and appear next time.
On asking when is the sem 1 re-examination, they reply it will be in Jan 2025 with Sem 3.
The result for the sem 1 paper we sat, they say - student did not attend, though their site showed issues.

They have made it a repetitive pattern of charging extra money.
These things wernt told to us before , when we spent days on counselling and selecting the best university.

We are really suffering mentally due to this behaviour of both college vidya and amity. Both are faking it.

Pls pls do not fall trap.
Go for urself personally amd decide which is best for you.

Imagine today 16th July 2024 is the exam, we are prepared and cant sit.

Never get my admission fees back be careful

Hello, my name is Ranjith NAGARADJANE, I am 26 years old and I am currently living in FRANCE.
Interested in doing an online MBA, I get in contact with Amity for their MBA Program. Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY was my admission counsellor from Amity (his WhatsApp num : +91 9319729433),I started the admission process the 28/02/2024 after discussing some details about the program and I also paid the first semester fees ( The amount of 38250 Indian rupees equivalent of 450 euros) and get confirmation of the payment from my Harsh the same day ( See Whatapp screenshot). After sending him all the documents asked, he told me to wait 48h in order to get my login details.
From that moment everything goes wrong with Amity and Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY, after waiting for the 48h asked, I get back in contact with Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY because I haven’ received any updates and login information’s (But no answer from the opposite side or they will replay you 2 or 3 days later and ask you to wait without further information about the current state of your admission). I tried to call my Harsh but no reply!

Later, I get in contact with another admission advisor of Amity Mrs Ayushi BHARGAVA (Whatapp number : +91 9289681029 ) and explain my situation. She gave me the email address of Amity Support and ask me to send an email so they can find a solution (supportme at amityonline.com).

First mail the 06/03/24 asking for login information, the reply that I get is that my admission form number: 5295101 is not the right one.
Get back in contact with Mr Harsh, and he told me that the number in gave was the right one !

Second mail the 08/03/24 asking for details with screen shoot of my admissions portal (to show my admission form number: 5295101) and the screenshot of the discussing with Mr Harsh !
This time I have no reply from Amity Support.

I also get in contact with amity Support Via WhatApp ( Number : +91 8448093747 ) and never get I clear information’s once again they will just say “ please wait” and that’s it !

Tired of unclear process I get back in contact with Mr Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY the 11 of march and asked for a refund. He also confirmed that he initiate the refund process the same day and up to now I haven’t received my money back.
And no one is answering my call and my Email!

Link most cheap commercial they are interested in your money and nothing else, but when you ask your money back, there is no one to reply.
Hopefully Karma will pay these people 😊
