One of the worst experiences I've had when hiring services. They don't take your preferences into account, poor communication, I waited two weeks for a response and it was always impersonal. I asked for it and was never able to speak directly with Teo or anyone on his team, if he actually has a team.
They created my LLC, but I had to spend additional money for another accountant to get it ready to work with Amazon.

I paid American Prana $399 for a service over three months ago. I have all the evidence: bank receipts, screenshots of every conversation, and clear documentation proving they never delivered the service. At first, they were rude and dismissive, even mocking me. Then they ignored me completely.

They made me wait two full months, claiming they would “fix it later,” just to delay me beyond my bank’s chargeback window. It was a deliberate strategy to block any refund attempt.

Beware of American Prana, they are professionals at lying. In February, I foolishly paid $599 for their services, opting for their basic plan advertised on their website. However, all I received was the LLC constitution, with neither the Operating Agreement nor the EIN number. After bombarding them with countless emails without a single response, I resorted to filing a complaint with my bank. Suddenly, they miraculously responded, insisting I retract the complaint for them to provide the EIN number, claiming they had already sent the Operating Agreement to my email, which was an outright lie.
Blinded by their false promises, I withdrew the complaint, only to receive a reply stating that it would now take months for them to refund me since I had initiated the complaint. They also conveniently blamed my actions for their inability to provide the EIN number promptly, despite having it in their possession. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the funds were still with American Prana, a reputable first-tier American bank.

To add insult to injury, when I reached out to the IRS to verify any progress on the issuance of the EIN number, they had no record of any such application. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to American Prana for clarification, they chose to ignore me. The most egregious part of this ordeal is their blatant lie about processing anything with the IRS, which they clearly didn’t do.
In conclusion, I urge everyone to avoid American Prana. They are deceitful, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with American Prana recently, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. While they pride themselves on their lightning-fast payment processing, their customer support is a complete disaster.

I've tried reaching out to them numerous times via email regarding an issue with my account, but it seems like I'm just shouting into the void. Not only do they take an eternity to respond, but half the time, they don't respond at all. It's incredibly frustrating when you're promised support but are met with absolute silence instead.

What's worse is that they don't deliver on their promises either. I've been waiting for a resolution to my problem for weeks now, and I'm still no closer to getting it sorted out. It's beyond infuriating to be left in the dark like this, with no way of getting in touch with a real person to address my concerns.

My advice to anyone considering doing business with American Prana: steer clear. Don't be fooled by their speedy payment processing; it's not worth the headache of dealing with their abysmal customer support and broken promises. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that actually delivers on what they preach. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
