The helped I recieved today from Sister Fozeea was amazing. Sister was very calm and patient talking me though various screens. She was very polite and assisted me fully in resolving the issue I had with my digital banking account.
They emailed me today to inform me that if my balance is less than £100 on my savings account, they're not going to bother to tell me if the rate on the account changes.
Seriously?
You've bothered to write computer code to only send email notification if the balance is more than £100 in a savings account. Why don't you simply notify the holder of every open account? It's not as if sending emails costs anything.
There's something seriously wrong with this bank.
Muhammad Baig was amazing at assisting me to help me with my log in as I forgot my details. He was very patient and understanding. I hope he gets a bonus!

I have been an account holder with this bank. They offer very competitive rates however I forgot the details to log in etc as I did not use it for nearly a year!
I spoke Mr Himanga and he guided me step by step to recover the details. He was very polite, understanding and friendly such that I felt comfortable and not rushed. He is truly a credit to his bank and deserves a thank you and well done.

I tried to open a savings account today, but the customer service representative informed me that the bank had declined my request without providing any reason. I have accounts with a few other banks and the process there was friendly and straightforward, but this experience has been very frustrating. I'd not recommend this bank.

Muhammad .B was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and efficient. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, their excellent customer service left a very positive impression.
One downside of this bank is that it does not offer a bank card option and lacks weekend service, which can be inconvenient for customers needing flexible access.

Worst possible bank I’ve ever come across, no online banking for over 2yrs not even the IT department could sort it out. Did not accept payments from oversea - tried very hard to be patient then eventually lost it and had to leave. Definitely do not recommend. I ignored all the bad press but it was all true and it not a good place for business banking
