Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews.
I received an email from this company regarding a claim for a service supposedly provided by a UK-based company. I have sent several emails and a registered letter to formally object to the claim, but I continue to receive threatening payment reminders on a weekly basis. This is extremely distressing and it doesn’t feel right. I fully reject the claim and will take all necessary legal steps to oppose it.
This company only want money, they dint care whether the site is fake or legit, i have received an email from rundfunkbeitragshilfe from dubai asking to pay 39.99euro on service that is free to GEZ.. i have called GEZ and they told me the site is scam. then even though still i tried to pay it but the IBaN was invalid, i tried to contact them but the phone is not reachable and they didnt responded to emails. a week after this Alim inkasso demanded me to pay 62euro, i emailed them and tried to call also but still no response. no mahnungs letters just emails. i reported it to police and consumer service already.
I was contacted by Alim Inkasso regarding a supposed claim from a company called „Digitaler Post Service“ FZ-COC in Dubai which hosted a website impersonating the official Rundfunkbeitrag portal. Which is a currently a known ongoing scam in Germany. I submitted a detailed Widerspruch (objection) on June 20th via their official contact system, received confirmation by email, and also followed up by email on July 3rd and by post.
Despite this, they completely ignored all my communications, falsely claimed I had not responded, and continued to send new Mahnungen with increased fees and threats of court action.
This behavior is not only unprofessional, but may also violate consumer protection laws (e.g. §11a RDG). I have now reported this to the Verbraucherzentrale and the Bundesjustizamt.
If you receive a demand from this Inkasso, especially in connection with a fake Rundfunkbeitrag site, I strongly recommend you seek advice from a consumer protection authority before paying anything.
