Possibly the worst lead generation ever

Possibly the worst lead generation ever

I used freddie and sam during the late stages of last year and early stages of this year. £4,000 plus VAT on their services, a further £2,000 on advertising.

Not one single lead converted to tangible business. Not one penny made for the business.

They came out with all sorts of different excuses, said it was working for other agents but couldn't explain it to me. Not one valuation booked in for over two months.

Of the three valuations booked in please see below:

1 - Valuation for probate purposes only, no potential for the property to come to market - complete waste of time.

2 - Property marketed for £375,000 (their instructions was for properties over £500,000), furthermore the property was tied in with another agent for a further two months, it sold before the end of this period.

3 - Lettings Valuation - Told it was for sales - my company does not even deal with lettings.

I've seen them comment under other bad reviews, whatever excuse they use I would take no notice of it, they are a poor company that do not deliver on their promises.

When I requested 50% compensation, they simply hid behind their vaguely worded contract and put their middle fingers up at me, not a gentlemanly way of conducting business. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

When we first partnered, you were just getting started as a brand-new agency. That’s not a problem in itself – but it does mean that campaigns like these often take longer to build momentum and trust in your marketplace. While lead flow was strong from the outset, we found (as we explained on our calls) that sellers were more hesitant to book in due to a lack of established brand trust. This is common with newer businesses, and it’s something we actively worked to overcome by nurturing over 150+ leads on your behalf through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.

The appointments we did book unfortunately didn’t match your very specific criteria – something we worked hard to adjust for. But even the best marketing systems can’t force a market to behave in a certain way overnight. This process takes time and consistency, which is why it’s important to have aligned expectations from the start.

What’s also important to note is that after your initial campaign ended, you chose to renew and work with us again – a sign that, at the time, you saw the value in what we were doing. You later requested a 50% refund more than three months after the second campaign ended – long after services had been fully delivered – which, respectfully, we were unable to accommodate.

We absolutely stand by the work our team delivered. While this campaign didn’t result in your expected ROI during that timeframe, it wasn’t due to a lack of effort, care, or delivery on our part. Sometimes the timing and business stage just isn’t right, and that’s OK.

Been Working with Freddie after a couple of false Starts with other providers.

We discussed a plan to bring more quality leads to my Business and he has definitely done that.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Agent in One. We engaged them with the expectation that they would assist in booking property valuations for our agency. Unfortunately, despite their assurances, they failed to deliver a single valuation appointment. This lack of follow-through has not only wasted our time but also our money spent on their fees and ad spend. We expected professionalism and reliability, but instead, we received zero results. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable support in property valuations.

Just started using Agent In One. The guys are really amazing! Very proactive and always on hand. We have had some results already, one valuation already booked and looking for many more. I am aware these things do take time but so far so good!

Agent In One get me new leads every day!

If you're an estate agent that wants to build a sustainable business with a predictable pipeline of sellers, you need to consider working with Agent In One.

Freddie & Samuel have shown me how to leverage my social media to attract followers and sellers organically, whilst also running Meta ads to get as many eye balls on my content and service as possible. From this, I'm getting leads daily. Whilst these elements are great and enough to work with Agent In One alone, the factors that really set them apart and makes my life a lot easier is their incredible support team and infrastructure - April phones all my leads to discuss their position and only sends them to me when they're ready to sell and Rai makes sure my ads are running as optimally as possible; this means I'm freed up to focus on my day to day tasks, knowing that I have a great support team that's working hard on my behalf to nurture my leads.
