SCAM!
I had just moved back to the UK and was trying to get my drivers sorted, I obviously went through their website at some point and asked for help - no help was had, no service was given. Yet 89 pounds has been taken from my bank account every 3 months which I’ve only just caught. There is no email/message asking or confirming a subscription after the initial payment i gave them.
When i called to complain the lady i spoke to said its on the T&Cs on their website. very sneaky. To top that off, their website isn’t even operational!!! So how do you see this. Its intentional!
The “subscription” emails do not even have their company name in them and just say “license service support, there is a message in your inbox” no link to a website, or website name. This is the same on the bank charges.
I see there are many of the same complaints and no proof of anything actually being resolved

Complete scam. My 17 year old daughter has applied through these for her provisional licence last year. They have taken money from her bank account and she has still not received anything. Reported to action fraud. Thankfully the bank blocked them taking anymore money from her, disgusting she is a minor and works hard for her money
Total scammers. Did not realise once you use there "service" they continue to take £89 out of you account every 3 months. Need to unsubscribe immediately. Appalling behaviour with the way they are taking money from people. They mention that "we" do not read the terms etc that outlines this. I WILL get our money back. My husband is an hgv driver and needed his license renewing....was intercepted by this company...criminals!! This started over a year ago aswell!!

As many reviews state… no one has actually heard of this company till they see the £89 unauthorised transactions leaving their accounts. They somehow intercept the traffic going to the DVLA website. Collect all your personal data for identity fraud and before you know it you are in a “subscription trap” which they take from your account every 3 months.
I’m still waiting on confirmation of my personal data they have on file and they have failed to present that to me within the 28 day period so I now have a case for a breach of GDPR.
I have written to rip off Britain. Reported them to Action Fraud. There is a link at the top of this trust pilot profile.
I will be contacting the DVLA which I think many have done.
Don’t let these scammers get away with your hard earned money. We all know how hard things are financially right now. It sickens me that they can get away with this!

Not going to waste my time telling people what they already know. The only reason anyone is looking them up on here is because they've been caught out by these wasters.
I had 3 sums of £89 and a £14 initial fee. Of course, I cancelled straight away and asked for a refund - had the same copy and paste responses everyone else here probably received. After plenty of back and forth I was given no real proof that my money was taken from me legally or honestly. I ended up asking for a subject access request. Legally if a company has any information stored on you then they must share it and have a month to send a satisfactory response.
After I received my response and (shock horror) none of the information I wanted was there.
The key information I needed was Transaction data, technical data, profile data and marketing data. Within the SAR they also included a privacy policy stating they had all this information on me stored as it’s their company policy. Basically, a subject Access Request should tell you all your dealings with any organisation in detail. I was sent my name, address and phone number and that was about it. Useless.
I called up the Information Commissioner’s Office for advice and was told to send them a response highlighting specific info that I wanted and that two weeks should be enough time to resolve the situation.
This is the email that I sent -
‘Thank you for sending me the subject Access Request followed by a copy of your Privacy Policy. In the 'data we collect about you' section it states the below -
‘• Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender, driving licence number and its expiry date, national insurance number.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Transaction Data includes details products and services you have purchased from us.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties, and your communication preferences.’
You seem to have provided me with the first two bullet points of information only. I have highlighted all the missing data that your Privacy Policy states should be present within the Subject Access Request. I must query why it’s not there.
In your ‘How is your personal data collected’ section you clearly state that you automatically collect data from interactions with the website. This is not present and is what I have been asking to see from the beginning of our correspondence. I specifically want to know how you collated my info and were able to charge me for a service I had no idea I was signing up for.
‘Information we collect about you. As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also receive Technical Data about you if you visit other websites employing our cookies. Please see Cookies below for further details.’
Not only have you failed to provide the information from your own Privacy Policy, but you have failed to send me a full SAR within one-month. Please can you specify if there is an exemption as to why this information is not here? I have read through your SAR and almost all of the information you say that you have stored is missing. I have spoken to the Information Commissioner’s Office for guidance on this and they have recommended that two weeks will be enough time for you to resolve this. If I do not have a satisfactory response within that time, then I shall lodge a complaint with them
Regards,’
Once sent I heard nothing for two weeks – they then responded with an email with an IP address only. Joke.
I called up the ICO once again and made a complain against them. I notified the Admin Life what I had done and said that I would drop this whole thing if all my money was refunded. Surprise, I got all my money back. This process took about 3 months, and I was very persistent.
I thought I would share this as it might help others. There is clearly no functioning website or service and the fact they would not share any of my information with me makes it abundantly clear.

Admin pal / license services - SCAM
It's a 0 stars not 1 ! Scam artists of the worst kind !
As like all the other reviews , I inadvertently signed up for this thinking it was a DVLA website with no idea this was a third party company who then start taking £89 out of your account every 3 months for doing absolutely nothing . They try and legitimise this by telling you it's your fault and that you signed up despite them openly deceiving people knowing all their Comms goes into junk .
They have no moral code whatso ever so you will not get your money back as somehow they manage to remain within the law even though under any other trading law you should be getting something for your money in this case you get nothing and like me didn't even know I had subscribed
How the government and the DVLA can allow this to continue is beyond me . They really need to stop accepting third party companies.
My advice if renewing your license or getting a new one .please check the top of the search you click on as it leads you to think it's a gov website but isn't ! always go through the DVLA.

Could I give zero? I did not know I had even signed up for this service in the process of renewing my driving licence. They’ve just taken £89 out of my bank account. I have no email from them, no communication whatsoever. I asked for a refund as a gesture of goodwill (as many companies do now because subscribing to something you don’t want seems so easy) but they have refused. I can ill afford £89 for no reason. ***AVOID AVOID AVOID ***

HOW IS THIS COMPANY EVEN ALLOWED.I expect they’ll reply to this urging me to ‘get to know them better’ NO THANKS.

Fraudulent criminals posing as the DVLA by copying the website and making people think they’re on a legitimate government website when in fact they’re not. I went online on my phone to update the address on my driving licence and it looked like the government website. I was charged a £10 fee to have my application fast tracked and that’s when they got my bank details and have been charging me £89 every 3 months since, for a ‘subscription’ I never agreed to, nor did I ever get an obvious confirmation that I’d signed up for one. They refuse to give me a refund as they say they provided a service and I subscribed …disgusting!

Avoid at all costs ...like so many other people , we have been fleeced by this company taking 3 monthly 'subscriptions' of £89 a time , when my daughter applied for her provisional driving licence. Bad enough they charge for doing basically nothing you couldn't do by applying directly to the DVLA . which she thought she was doing , but 'hiding ' a subscription charge ( and it is hidden , not mentioned in the fees section but at the very very bottom of their web page) and then refusing to cancel it when found out, even though we sent numerous emails. I honestly don't know how people can stoop so low, to con money out of kids and ruin what should be a great and exiting experience ....getting their first licence ....I wonder how they would feel if someone did that to their loved ones .....

Admin pal- it’s not clear though is it! This company is an absolute con and should be illegal!!!
No matter how many times you say the same thing to me over and over, the proof says it all in the countless reviews of over 92% of unhappy customers! What does that tell you?

Total scam! Stay away and do not provide them with any details! My son got scammed and they have taken out £89 3 months ago. We contacted them to cancel and have an email confirming. Now they have taken £89 out again and are denying everything - even though I have sent them the emails.

Went to renew my driving license on DVLA not sure how got scammed into signing up for subscription for the service. Bank flagged it by then had lost 2 lots of £89 plus extra £10 handling fee for £14 renewal fee for license. Tried claiming a refund and they hide behind T&C. Anyone got insight how to claim my money or report them to stop this criminal act.

Was renewing driving licence and not sure how got on to admin pal as was exactly the same layout as DVLA assumed I was on gov.uk website. 2 months later informed by bank £89 being taken for subscription I did not need or had knowing applied for £14 renewal has cost me £200.

Absolute SCAM COMPANY . Preying on people’s vulnerability . Teenager daughter applied for provisional and unknowingly this site posed as the site to apply for it backing onto DVLA site. Have charge £89 for services not wanted or needed absolute scam and have reported to banks .

Total scam I am reporting to Action Fraud ,tried to take £98.00 from my account and I have never even heard of them: I will also report this to my local MP
Companies like this should be taken down, I can find no trace of them on companies house, so all a total scam: Are you nit ashamed of yourself ?

Scam company obtaining outrageous amounts by deception.
Absolutely despicable behaviour.
Renewed my licence in April for £24... since then I have unknowing been charged £89 once and managed to avoid another payement by the skin of my teeth. They take £89 every three months for I know not what. They hide behind Ts and Cs that are not up front and centre. There is no transparency. At least when I signed up this was true.
I only caught this by accident.
Avoid at all costs, this company tricks you into a hidden subscription that costs you £89 every 3 months.
Interestingly their website is now not taking on new customers, and only inviting existing members to login or cancel. They now have a banner making their role clearer.
Shocking behaviour.

Need taking to court
