Money taken, order not shipped. aciparty.com is shady.
I placed an order for Lego City items (hard to find) on July 1st. I accepted 4-6 day shipping. I waited... and waited... I called on July 15th because I had received no shipping update. The person on who took the call had no responsible reason why my order was not even shipped. He promised I would have it by the 18th, the day of the party setup. I received no other call by the 18th, so I called back - the person who took the call said he didn't know why I didn't have my order and would call me back ASAP. I waited 2 hours and called again for an update, I was put on hold... Only to be told that there was some problem with my shipping address while in transit and the package they sent was being returned.
They had multiple opportunities OVER 17 DAYS to get me the product I paid for. If they had any issue they could have emailed me or called me. I used PayPal so I should get my $ returned, but now I have to scramble to make the kid's party what it should be.
If you want a scary and rushed experience, use American Celebrations aciparty. If you actually want what you order in a decent manner, you should probably go somewhere else.
