Summary:
Over all friendly and helpful staff. Greets with a smile. Offers help where and when they can. Very good service with a quit good tracking system with regards to order placement, payment and order preparation.

Good things:
- Notification for every step in the purchase process allows me to know how far along is my order.
- User friendly web shop.
- Wide range of products with reasonable prices.
- Good location right across from the boarder.
Things to improve:
- Tools to assist with loading in closed trailers / horse trailer as loading 1 ton of product 1 by 1 is time consuming and exhausting.
- Delivery options or assistance with arranging for shipping on the expense of the customer.
