If you’re looking for a company that actually assists you in getting your book printed correctly, this is NOT the place.
Their system is entirely hands-off—if something is even slightly off, whether it’s page alignment or a misaligned cover, they will not intervene or offer any corrections. Instead, they print exactly what you submit, errors and all, and when you reach out for help, their response is basically: “It’s your fault.” No guidance, no quality control, no customer care—just a final product that may or may not turn out the way you intended.
Yes, technically, everything is in the fine print—but I still expected better. You might save a few bucks upfront, but if your book doesn’t turn out right, you’ll end up paying more to fix it elsewhere.
