The system was installed in August of 2023. The installer had to dig down to fit the tanks in the crawl space,  just inside the crawl space door. The pile of dirt, sand and broken bricks was left on top the moisture barrier for me to remove.  He was told by the salesperson there was electric under the house but it was simply the light socket.  My system is plugged into this socket, leaving me with no light under the house.  The system seems to have reached the end of its optimal performance.  Over the past few months I've noticed hard water scale has returned to the shower head, toilets   and in the coffee maker. A system that cost nearly $5000.00 should last longer than two years. 

I love having access to a filter for PFAS since my area in Michigan has had a LOT of these chemicals discovered in drinking water. I love how quickly I get my filter after I order it, and I love that it works in a Brita pitcher which is super easy to find. I also really appreciate the recyling program for used Cyclopure filters. All in all, I'm really happy with Cyclopure. 

Delivery was surprisingly quick, arriving early! The service itself is incredibly reliable. I'm especially impressed by the friendly and helpful support team – they resolved my concerns swiftly.

I had my generator installed over a year ago by a local electrician.  We had to submit a diagram to Centerpoint and my HOA for approval prior to installation.  Quality Home Products told me they would not provide service or maintenance to my generator because it's not within firecode.  Why would Centerpoint, my electrician and the HOA all approve of the installation if it's not within firecode?  I've since received a few phone calls from them following up, after they told ME no.  Not great customer service!

DS was great! Very well informed and professional home inspections and the report that was created is a huge help. I now feel like I can make informed decisions on my house based on this inspection. 

After ordering a $516 water testing kit, I decided instead to change Plumbing as well as hot water heater and Whole House filtration. I did not feel compelled to still test the water since the smell went away. I planned to call to return the set, however, was hospitalized and nearly died. After returning from the hospital, I called the company to return the kit. They said I was outside of the 30 day. Period. They are correct unfortunately I was a week outside of the return period. I provided them with documentation and pictures of my hospital. Stay asking if there was any way they could make an exception they told me to give the water test to somebody as a present. I'm sorry I don't usually give out $516 presents especially not ones that people will roll their eyes about and say what the F is this. I'm outraged disappointed and feel totally ripped off.

ETR labs has been a great partner with my home inspection business. I send my samples (from out of state) and the results are back quickly. They have great prices, service, and most of all the people. I will continue to use ETR labs, they have my trust and support.

I contracted with this company after the building's property manager referred me.  The inspection of the work required the plumber to return.  Payment was rendered in full, and I was double charged for services for approximately one month after they were paid and service rendered.  I've reached out to this company through various methods to get my funds refunded, but they have failed to respond.  It's been over 30 days. I do not suggest using this company.  They are extremely slow to respond, and customer service is evasive. Be careful when using a credit card with this company.

I recently had to replace my septic distribution box and Lee's  was recommended to me by a friend. Their team was amazing, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing the replacement. I am grateful for their excellent service.

The products are great, but I don't like that the website is made for one to easily buy "the subscription" and not a one-time purchase. I also dislike that it is very difficult to find where to cancel the subscription: the website is made for you to keep buying the products monthly and not to choose freely what do you want and when... Twice I have tried to only buy one product, and twice I have been tricked into buying the subscription because of website layout and checkout. Not buying them again :(
