Well, not perfect but I haven't experienced a horror story. The product works as intended and I'm largely happy with it.

Any trouble I referenced either a guide or have worked it out with plunge support.

I will update as interact with the team.

I was excited to buy, but had a simple question about a stove before I was ready. After nearly a week of unreturned phone calls/messages, unanswered emails, and unread support chats, I went elsewhere.

NO return calls. Have been trying to return defective product for over a month.   No labels yet.  Your people do not tell the truth. Your word is your HONOR. Julia Siegrist

I’m an avid sauna person and have been to many across US, Canada, EU, and Japan. It’s a passion of mine to go to the local sauna in any country I visit. In Japan in particular, there are services which specialize in finding sauna facilities that meet my needs. That kind of service doesn’t exist for North America where I live. This is where allsaunas has been so helpful for me. I’ve been able to find a few local saunas through the service, and have found the information on the site to be very representative of the actual facilities I visited. I’m going to continue to use allsaunas to find new sauna locations and look forward to their database to grow. Highly recommend using it for anyone interested in saunas, spas, and other health focused facilities.

I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General.

Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.
