Families beware: Our experience with Blue Compass RV was deeply disappointing.

As a family who loves camping and RV travel, we expected honesty, care, and accountability from Blue Compass RV in Lexington, SC. From the start, communication broke down, promises weren’t kept, and we were left feeling ignored and dismissed.

We handled everything in good faith and gave multiple chances for Blue Compass to make things right. Even after speaking with Brian from corporate, nothing was resolved, leaving us frustrated and disheartened.

This wasn’t just about inconvenience — it was the emotional toll of being disregarded after doing everything right. Document everything and proceed with caution. We hope the company begins to live up to its advertised care for families like ours.

We have been using Devon Leisure to service our caravan for a couple of years now and always find the team so helpful. Had to call them out once whilst we were away and they really very so kind to come and sort the issue for us. We will be continuing to use Devon leisure for all our caravan needs. 

We purchased a$100,00.00+ used motorhome and have had a horrible experience.  Do not buy anything from this dealer1  They are liars and cheats.
Our motorhome was "inspected" by the service department and they found nothing to be concerned about.  We had to have the suspension system repaired 3 times, the refrigerator doesn't work, the microwave doesn't work, the leveling jacks don't work, the windshield was leaking and we were told it had new batteries.   All a big lie!  
We went to a local 4 star rated RV park and the manager told us she was sorry to hear we bought our RV at RV Depot.  She said anyone who purchased their RV there has had a bad experience.
Thousands of dollars and plenty of our time has been spent getting the RV in usable condition.  We have had the RV for 7 months and have not been able to use it.
DO NOT BUY A RV AT RV DEPOT!!!!!

Poor customer service and treatment and poor work quality.  I wish I would have done my homework before taking my Airstream there to be remodeled.  As a result of having to repair the poor workmanship, we have found better RV shops in Austin.

Having bought a 2022 Newmar New Aire last year and sending it to Master Tech Rv in Elkhart Indiana for a full blown solar/lithium costng over 100k. They had the coach for seven months and they unexpectedly went out of business. Unfortunately, the system stopped working almost immediately after I picked it up due to miss wiring and improper programming. I went on the search for an expert that could literally rewire and reprogram the entire system. It was not long before I discovered Off the Grid RV and Nick who took on the task of literally rebuilding the entire system. Not only did they get everything working properly, they made some great recommendations to enhance the new system by integrating the generator and factory coach monitoring systems. All systems are now working flawlessly. Nick is extremely competent and resourceful with these systems, both big and small. I highly recommend this wonderful company.   Tom Kruse 

Finally Karma has caught up to this Master Tech RV owner and his accomplice. He's finally got what he deserves. Master Tech RV is  CLOSED!!!! Evicted from the location,  so you can pretty much answer why that happened as you don't get evicted unless your not paying on your lease.
This Master Tech RV owner should never have been in business,  NEVER!!! High Jack's parts off of other owners RV/coaches has he did mine and others as Ive been told and found on mine He will over charge you for what he does! He unconsciously will completely screw you! Hes been doing it for years ive been told by his employees. He's done just the same to his employees and finally karma has got him!!! I feel for the employees more then anything and others that left this operation. Now the owners that have been left high and dry with the services never completed and im sure money has been paid as I did also. I'll never forget the conversation I had With Tim regarding quotes, ive been in business for 26 years with hand shakes in trusting and being fair.  His exact words were "Great Will make a profit for once" I never forget that statement. Stay clear of this guy! He has so screwed me over for 3.5 years having my property and over charged me and the evidence to find and been told of taking parts off of my coach. Never in my life have I ever met a man with so many excuses after excuses and his tactics,  and never delivered, never.....
I just want to protect others is all this is. Sum of you got lucky, others just probably never followed up with a review to warn others. HE ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES FOR HIS ACTIONS, I've heard over and over about his personal issues but never owning his business mistakes, and then always, always blaming others. His own employees, (well he use to have) which he will have no more,  will confess to it, basically a he's a crook with no human conscience.. They can't even invoice you correctly when working on large projects,  I had to ask for invoices. Then when they do they'll ask for money on things they never completed. After making numerous trips to see the progress it was very evident. Completely hacked up my property never completed items and messed up my paint then losing painters in screwing with their payroll, pulling people off projects never allowing them to complete a project and then starting anothers. His own (Use to be) employees will confess to this I can promise you that. This guy is a joke to the RV industry and shouldn't be in business. I was warned by a previous customer and didn't listen. They have even run into not being able to make payroll numerous times, the list goes on and on with this owner of Master Tech RV guy..... BEWARE for your own good.... This man's comments that he will make to defend this post, I promise to be the most BS you've ever heard to defend himself with lies. More of this man's employees (Used to be Employees) have walked numerous times in 3 years from this place with his tactics he plays. He just will Blankly lie. Own your responsibility Mr use to be Master Tech RV as a business owner period! You'd NEVER get away with it in Wisconsin that I'd guarantee.

David and Maverick were very responsive and knowledgeable.  After a major issue with a previous mobile tech they helped to diagnose our issue and fix it.  Give them a call if in the Alabama area!

Just had my range rover sport l320 in for MOT and SERVICE , this is a 15 year old machine.so things do tend to go.but left to the experts nothing is too much trouble.  Always ring before work carried out. Great service would recommend to anyone .many thanks to Ben and the team.kind regards Richard and Susan.



The rental process was easy.  The owner is extremely    knowledgeable in explaining the details of the rental and going over the RV being rented.  The RV's are clean and ready to go when you arrive.  Any and all questions are answered prior to leaving.  Thank you for making our vacation/camping experience enjoyable and relaxing. I will definitely be returning to Southeast Arizona RV Rentals in the future.

Quoted a price for a part then charged more when it came in. Then would not let me return it despite the fact it met all of the conditions on the Parts Receipt. Interesting they advertise a BBB rating of A+ on their website. Turns out the actual rating is D-  I am not surprised.
