Joining this 21 days Gratitude challenge has really been a great decision! It just makes me feel more positive and happy about all aspects of my life. Thank you, Kanchan Ma’am. 

The weekly meditation sessions with Jerry and the Star Magic team have become an important part of my life. No matter how my week goes, I always finish these sessions feeling calmer, lighter, and more at peace with myself. Jerry has a special way of mixing wisdom and energy healing, so it’s not just about listening , you can actually feel the change inside you. Over time, my mood has become more stable, I get more done, and my family life feels more peaceful. Meditating alone has never brought me this kind of change.

Really great morning classes here—warm room, thoughtful sequencing, and the teachers know everyone’s name. Booking via phone is old-school but works fine; just wish they added more evening slots so I didn’t need to rush.

I don't give 5 starts to Yoga International because it's not available to download cases in the app for doing them while I travel and don't have access to internet. Please gives up this update! Thank you.

Scam! stole my money. $150 No notification nothing. The worst experience I’ve had with customer service. Do bot trust them

I went to Switzerland to attend Dr Joe Dispenza's Progressive Retreat. 

I have to say, I thought it was AMAZING! I think it is unfair to pin  'inner transformation' on someone teaching, as ultimately, you are the one who has to do to the work, and not everything is instant. 

However, from someone who has tried so many meditations and manifestation techniques, Dr Joe is up there with the best. Why? Because he can back up his claims with science, and everything he says makes sense!

I do feel for those who have experienced bad customer service, or feel their purchases are not what they thought, but please make up your own mind first. Take a look at his interviews or meditations on YouTube, buy a book and then you'll see if his way, or method, aligns with yours.

As a reminder, you could spend ££££££££'s on courses, but you have to do the inner work yourself - this is what he said before the weekend commenced, Be your own best project :-)

An enjoyable experience, would recommend. This course has the basics of meditation to start up a good practice. As an intro course, it's great. There isn't too much info on when we have difficulties with the practice or how to convert our knowledge into clients, which would be great info to have in this kind of course.   

They are what other reviewers said they are.  Thieves.  But my robbery experience included a little shit for a customer service rep who was equal parts belittling annoying and obnoxious.  I am boycotting any instructor who has anything to do with these criminals as well.  NAMASTE yoga glo the light in me hopes the light in you is extinguished.


I started meditating with them and have continued ever since. I mainly practice breathing exercises (cardiac coherence) recommended by my doctor, but I use the app occasionally and enjoy discovering new programs regularly with the premium version.
