This company is unable to deliver in business hours for our business which is located downtown in Victoria. They attempt delivery every evening after the business is closed. They say they have no capability if delivery in business hours which are 9am to 5pm. I have never heard of anything so bizarre. Unfortunately this keeps happening to us woth Amazon orders where the merchant uses Dragonfly. How are they in business?!?

This has happened more than once with this terrible company. The address was correct, the driving/delivery directions were to leave the package at the front door. And yet the driver left the package somewhere outside with obscure blurry photos. The driver couldn't be bothered to deliver to the front door or to walk a few steps to get here, so instead left it somewhere in the dark in an unknown area. Drivers like this are reprehensible and shouldn't have jobs if they can't handle other people's items with even a modicum of responsibility or ethical behaviour. To make matters worse, this package had food items in it, and it was left out in the wet weather. When trying to reach customer service, there is no phone number, their chat bot wouldn't work, and all that is left is to submit a form and wait for them to get back at some point. Absolutely ridiculous. The unprofessionalism and unethical business practices are mind-blowing. What kind of a company hires drivers like this.

Easy platform to use. Carrier was great and made it all very simple. Used for shipment from China and would definitely use again.

Intelcom is an actual joke. I ordered a package through amazon, and it was marked out for delivery on Oct 15th. Didn't show up. I call on the 16th at 2pm, they tell me that theres only two packages ahead of me and then mine will be delivered. Great! Except by 7pm, they still haven't shown up. I call again, and they tell me that theres two packages ahead of me, and then mine will be delivered. Somehow, their driver hasn't been able to deliver 2 packages in 6 hours. I ask if theres any way to contact the driver and find out whats going on; no. They apparently do not have any drivers contact info, and do not provide company phones. They tell me theres absolutely nothing they can do, and I'd have to call back in an hour (after waiting on hold for 30 minutes) to escalate the situation. I ask why we can't just do it now, and I'm told that they're following procedures. Fair enough I suppose, but you'd think that this would warrant escalating. Also throughout the conversation, the representative told me several times to "manage my expectations". I'm sorry, I didn't realize wanting your package to arrive safely was so unreasonable I had to have them managed???
Additionally, I was told that one representative apparently left a note on my file saying that they told me that it could take 24-48 hours to be delivered (ignoring the fact it was already marked out as for delivery). This is news to me, because they sure didn't tell me anything like that. They said that it should be shortly, not that it'd take an extra day.

Absolutely piss poor experience, would not recommend.

Great experience fast and on time shipping. 

Only one of my expected parcels was delivered. 
I followed the tracking map until the driver was on my premises, then opened my front door to find one parcel.
There was no sign of the other, an expensive French beret.

Love this company and service! They are great with details and I love the instant quote ability. It really makes this process easy. 

David is a true professional. He made sure my car transport was smooth and worry-free. Communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to messages. The pickup and delivery went exactly as planned, and the price was very reasonable. I’m beyond satisfied with his service and would absolutely use Safeeds Transport again.
