Theives dont ship to the right address or any address I've ever had when given my address their response "oh no" so now I have no feeders and I'm out 100$

These people define “customer service”. We have bought several hummingbird feeders from them and one began leaking so we contacted them.  We were told they would send a gasket which likely was missing.  Unfortunately, we had already thrown out the old leaking feeder and when we told that to Camille, she offered to send us a whole new feeder.  We will be forever grateful for her service.  They have to be one of the very best of the Amazon 3rd party sellers. Do not hesitate to buy from this company directly or via Amazon.

This company is fantastic. I’ve ordered several birds from them and they are always both gorgeous and healthy. They are packaged well in a cage with snacks and water (which they use). They care about their birds, I’ve gotten a call asking if I’d take a birds friend as well because they are bonded babies since I wanted a certain color. I agreed and it was the best decision. Happy customer 

Horrible experience. I ordered 25 sexed hens. 7 died within the first week - transport shock as it took the day old chicks 72 hours to get to my post office. Mcmurray did refund me for these birds but it was not fun for my kids to witness the chicks dying as we tried to get them to eat and drink With no success. 3 months later it turns out nearly half of the "hens" are roosters! they only would refund me for a fraction of the male birds. Nevermind the fact that I have been feeding them organic chicken food for four months and caring for them daily. I'm down to 10 hens, and I need to deal with 7 roosters - give away or kill and eat...not what I signed up for. I asked them for a full refund and they refused. Shop locally - sure wish I did.

I have had a squirrel buster nut feeder for years -expensive but well worth the initial outlay. Provided the feeder is hung and situated in the right position, it is definitely squirrel proof.
A part of the feeder broke, Jacobi Jayne purchases come with a lifetime guarantee so I ordered a spare. Their customer service for spare parts is second to none and I highly recommend this company.

Found a lot of reviews online and show is a scam !! 

They are selling bird feed without proper instructions which are really confusing. No response even after I have tried to contact them. How they are authorised/approved to sell bird feed? 

I bought a kit for Myra The Bichon when I was at Crufts. I had reason to visit Toft’s website and thought I had been overcharged for the kit, so I contacted their customer service. It was explained to me that I had misunderstood the price shown on the website, which I had. I apologised to the team and I received a lovely email back from them. 

The quality of the items in the kit are very good, and I would not hesitate to buy from Toft again.

i ordered 5 pounds of safflower seeds and got less than 4 and a half. my peas were also underweight. disappointed i had to pay over $50 in shipping to not get what i ordered. have not received a refund yet.

Do not buy from these people…. You cant cancel an order even before it gets dispatched . After 10 emails to cancel an order 2 days later I get a message saying order dispatched. Also phone calls after phone calls no ones answers the phone or calls back after leaving countless messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
