i asked them for a specific product and to recommend something, they didnt know how to address the problem and make something simple to difficult,

Avant, elle était fine, légère, croustillante et on avait le goût de la garniture.
Maintenant, on a l’impression de manger du pain sans même sentir la garniture.

The product comes ready to pop in the oven. It bakes quickly and tastes amazing. I love this company and I’m happy I found it.

The tart shells I ordered  arrived in perfect condition - not a single damaged shell!  Thank you!

I baked a box of brownies, my son ate one and bit into something hard, only to discover a shard of glass. He wound up in the emergency room and had to have 2 stitches, and Betty Crocker does not see that they are in any way responsible, wonder if it happened to their family if they would take the same stance. 

Love to be able to order bread for my son. He loved the first order - said it was so good he didn’t even waste time cutting it.

My four items said to be dispatched, however it doesn't deliver any single item. Requesting everyone please don't buy anything from this website. Don't pay, they will take money and don't deliver. 
16/10/25 (response to IGP Team) : Unfortunately, in this website, I can't reply to the message. However, Order number is 16330936 (current condition after raising this complaint over social media: only 1 item delivered out of four items). However online status indicates all four items dispatched. I truly recommend please think twice prior to order from this website. IGP team: you must understand the definition of CUSTOMER LOVE.
