Over the past few decades, I have had checking/savings accounts with 2 credit unions and with Wells Fargo and Chase, auto loans with Harris Bank and Bank of America, and mortgages with Wells Fargo and PNC. PNC is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. 

Several years ago, we purchased a new home and arranged for financing through the builder. About a year after we moved in, the mortgage was sold to PNC. Every time I had extra money, I paid down the mortgage until we only had about $10k remaining. We also own a rental property that has been rented out for over 12 years. I thought I would apply for a HELOC as the rental was going to need a new AC, and I had recently paid to have new floors, new counters, and a new bath+surround put in the primary bath of the rental. 

The PNC processor wanted me to have a zero balance on my primary credit card. How am I suppossed to get a zero balance on the credit card I use most often and that has recurring monthly charges? I paid off the card and sent her proof that I had a zero balance. However, shortly afterward, my home security company charged $29 to my credit card so PNC refused to give me a HELOC, even though my FICO score is 850 and my Vantage Score is 834. I note that, in several years as a PNC customer, I had never missed a payment on my PNC mortgage. Despite all that, they refused to provide me with a HELOC because of a $29 charge on my credit card. I am now planning on paying off my mortgage ASAP and plan to apply for a HELOC at one of the credit unions where I have previously done business. AVOID PNC BANK.

Not impressed ! The overall process is below average and not in top class standard of  SPACE BANK, which i wish i had come across more earlier . The always keep there promise and i will forever continue with them.

Not a reputable company ! The overall process is highly manipulative with a poor customer support and i will like to warn others to proceed with caution . Gaining insight about SPACE BANK has been the best thing to happen to me . I smile every week with a very good pay ever since i made the switch and they always keep there promise .

Good fast response but log hardly drop sometime but good anyway

Cryptobase ATM LLC has been holding $10k of my money since April 5, 2025. Today is August 20, 2025. They are unresponsive I have 2 addresses for them in Boca Raton FL. I do not know which is correct. 4 1/2 months, and I do not have my money back. Their customer service does not respond to emails or texts. Calling their CS number never gets a live person - just voice mail, and no response to multiple messages left.

Swallowed my overseas card while on holidays in australia. I have no other way of accessing my funds. Holiday is ruined. Use an atm with a bank behind it if you can.
