Best logo design company I’ve ever worked with. The creativity at Craftic Designs is unmatched.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but The Business Toolkit has earned every bit of this one. Their logo design work is uninspiring, unartistic, and painfully elementary — the kind of thing you’d expect from a free online logo generator, not from a company that claims to offer “professional” branding services. The end result looked rushed, generic, and completely devoid of creativity or effort.

Worse yet, their customer service is downright terrible. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with canned responses, long delays, and zero accountability. It’s clear from my experience — and from others I’ve since seen online — that they have a growing number of unsatisfied customers. Instead of addressing legitimate complaints, they hide behind a restrictive “Refund Criteria” policy that seems designed to protect them rather than serve the customer.

In short, The Business Toolkit talks a big game but delivers a subpar product and an even worse experience. Save your time, your money, and your sanity — there are plenty of other design services out there that actually value their clients and deliver what they promise.

Have never been able to generate anything on their site, despite paying for a plan. I get constant errors and am charged credits in return for nothing.
