Here's a couple recepies for super-simple mixes you could try (cold liquids = smoother taste):
1) Berry Blend (for the Berry flavor) 200–250 ml cold plant milk or water ½–1 serving Mighty Focus (Berry) ½ cup frozen berries (strawberry/blueberry) ½ small banana or 1 tsp honey/maple (optional) Ice (optional) Blend 10–15 sec until silky.
2) Juicy Orange Spritz (for the Juicy Orange flavor) 200 ml cold sparkling water 50–80 ml orange juice ½–1 serving Mighty Focus (Juicy Orange) Squeeze of lemon + 2–3 mint leaves (optional) Stir or shake in a jar; pour over ice (optional).
Tips: use extra-cold liquids, and add a little citrus or sweetener if needed. Consistent daily use is what moves the needle—flavor tweaks just make it easier to stick with :)
We have also put it on porridge with honey, in peanut-butter and date energy balls etc- no need to get stuck with the suggestion of only drinking it mixed with water- feel free to get creative. Hope you find the best recipe for you :)
