LONG shipping times and no communication.
I received an ad that says fast shipping, so I went and found some dining chairs we liked. Unfortunately when I found the product, it said 5-7 shipping time. I decided I could wait, but after a week or two of not hearing from them, I reached out regarding shipping updates. After several days of not hearing back (even though their automatic reply says they'll reach out in 2-3 days), they said a part for the chair won't arrive until December, so they'll ship it afterwards. By then it'll be almost 3 months since I purchased and they did not even offer any compensation for the long wait. False advertising and poor customer service. Hoping the actual product quality says better.
