These people are crooks they verified…

These people are crooks they verified my account then when I tried to redeem the put my verification as pending and will not respond to me at all they are nothing but a bunch of thief’s do t waist your money here they finally emailed me back and said my account was verified but never applied it to my account so I could redeem bunch of thief’s your throwing your money away if you play with them by far the worst platform I e played on customer support is worthless these people are scammer and need to be locked up

Garbage platform and customer service…

Garbage platform and customer service is no help they claim they do instant redemption I tried to do it then they email me and said it will be 3-5 days they do nothing but lie you can’t get a straight answer out of them

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but your statement is inaccurate. Our platform does offer instant redemptions when customers select the Debit Card option. In your case, you linked your Chime account using Plaid, which is only available under the Bank Transfer option — not Debit. Bank transfers (ACH) are processed by all financial institutions within 3–5 business days, which is also clearly displayed on the redemption screen before confirmation.

We even provided you with a video demonstration showing this exact process, yet you insisted that you had chosen “instant,” even though Plaid cannot be used for debit redemptions.

Gold Machine processes redemptions immediately upon approval — the transfer speed then depends entirely on the method selected and your bank’s processing time. We take our reputation and transparency very seriously, which is why we make this distinction clear to all players before confirming a redemption.
