Excellent service
I have used this company a couple of times now, to replace broken remote controls for fans, when the remote controls supplied with the fans have given up the ghost. Remote Control World was the only company I could find that had compatible remotes for my fans. On both occasions the service has been excellent. In my most recent experience the original delivery failed (the delivery company couldn't find my address) and the item was returned to sender. This was no problem for Remote Control World. To resolve the problem I had an online chat with one of their representatives, purchased another remote which, at their suggestion I had delivered to a local pick up point, with a promise of a refund on the original order. I received the second delivery with no problem and today, after another chat, I confirmed delivery and that the remote was working (they asked about that in the chat) and received an instant refund to my PayPal account while the chat was ongoing. As I said, excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
