I have purchased a bike the 1st October and the day after emailed them that i can no longer have the bike due to some personal problems, after days of none sense email you have that feeling as if you‘re addressing a kid, a kid would probably be smarter, then they confirmed that the purchase was cancelled, and the payment in klarna should be in 15 business days cancelled, ofc as everybody else here, it’s about 20 business days and i still haven’t received anything notification they be lying and lying or send you an email as if you’re submitting the request for the first time bla bla bla, i called klarna and they paused the payment until these idiots find a f* solution and cancel the goddamn payment kn Klarna, i don’t recommand the shop at all, bunch of idiots, scammers, blood suckers. The bike is costing me 1600 euros, y‘all can have the money but only on my body. Im warning y‘all that if you don’t find me an adequate solution i swear to god you‘ll see my face in the door of the shop snd you gonna realize that im the man who‘s writing this comment right now, y‘all got about a week until you find a solution until i pull to the shop and make one myself.
Ps : its not a threat, gut y‘all stealing me and other people good earned money for living, and i can’t accept it. Believe every word i say !
