I had problems with purchases to begin with but that problem was fixed after my complaints. They really listen to their customers. I've made a few redemptions so far and they all have came within an hour to debit card. I do wish they would change their VIP. I'm Platinum level and it recently changed the redemption from $2000 to $1000 a day. Also weekly and monthly tier bonuses now are much smaller and capped low. Other than that the site is amazing and has became one of my favorites.
