This supposed tuff ball was with my dog for 5 minutes before it was trashed, it doesn’t re-inflate, you'd be better off spending your money in the 'pound shop'

I contacted customer services ( which I had to chase for a response) asking for a refund. I received a snotty sarcastic response from a random email address suggesting I buy my dog a cannonball or a tenpin bowling ball.

Trash item, trash company, no customer service whatsoever, avoid!

I ordered a water purifier on 25th August with a max 5 day delivery, which I paid for. Its 11th Sept and I still haven't received it. I've had no communication whatsoever, I've emailed 3 times with no response. The phone goes to an answerphone message which tells you to email them..
