Connection timed out and forced me to create a new password WHILE STANDING IN LINE waiting to enter the venue. Totally unacceptable over-zealous security paranoia. Not the first time this has happened.

Customer service made every effort to ensure the remote control I was buying was the correct one for my TV. That seems simple, but in the case of my LG Magic Remote, it was not simple at all.
