Signature was faked
When I dropped the car off I simply had to leave a key. The car inspection was carried out without me being there and a member of staff faked my signature on the documents to accept the inspection. Thankfully there was nothing additional to pay, but surely this isn’t standard practice.

We haven’t forged your signature,but when a vehicle is dropped off out of office hours it has to be checked in without the customer being there.If there were any problems we would then have contacted you.Our General manager has tried several times to ring you to explain.
