They have an extensive verification process and somewhat sarcastic support team, but all together they are an honest casino.

Redemption processing times and srill…
Redemption processing times and srill waiting for over a week. The day after submitting the redemption, they sent a message to everyone saying they will be closing in the first week of October but redemptions are still being processed. Based on what I see here, it will be surprising if any redemptions will be processed before they close.
Since others will likely be impacted I am considering various reports about them in the state they operate in as well as other ways to get oversight.
Imagine if a Vegas casino refused to pay out winnings to a lot of people like these sites tend to do. They wouldnt last long at all.
If anything changes, I will update this to reflect it. I guess my $80 redemption bankrupted iCasino.

FortuneWheelz can choose to steal your…
FortuneWheelz can choose to steal your winnings even if you play with purchased coins. If you use any mix of free play and purchased coins to meet the redemption amount, they will do an unauthorized refund of your purchased coins. Only after this do they point to Award Rule 5.7, which states that you are limited to $25 in winnings from free play. This is fraud and a breach of contract.
In other words, you can use any combination of free play and purchased coins to win a large amount. The game providers then transfer this money to Fortune Wheelz. Fortune Wheelz can then choose to refund your purchased coins, give you $25 and keep the rest. In this case it was only $75, but there is nothing stopping them from using this across the board.
This is a very shady practice and it is different from a reasonable rule otherwise. The purchase of the coins invalidated the Award Rule they are using to keep the remainder.
Plenty of other honest casinos out there with much more reasonable rules. Their support has not been willing to respond or correct the issue. They should not be able to refund and apply rules at random to keep your honest winnings.
I am seeing all the complaints about the $25 limit and several where the players purchased coins and mixed them with free play. Fortunewheelz has a habit of refunding your purchase and keeping the difference and hiding behind Award Rule 5.7.
In my case, I spent two months on hold and win games. Eventually this hit and I was able to spend a few hours getting it to $90 across three games. I spent $9.99 to get 10 SC and get to $100. The playthrough requirement of my 10 SC dropped my balance below $80 before I was abls to get it to $102, then I submitted the redemption for $100. Next they chose to refund my $9.99 and only pay $25 which allowed them to keep $75 from the game providers. No other casinos do this. It was not free play winnings and the Award Rule 5.7 should not apply.
Two other casinos run by this same company have a similar scam that should be looked at closely by the game providers. In those, they moved away from daily coins and to giving free plays. Then they have a limit to where regardless of the number of free plays or the total amount won, the player can only get about 50 cents of it. This is another form of the theft they used here. I am not sure the game providers know the extent this is happening and reflects poorly on them as well for allowing it to be done.
It is just a shady company doing as much as they can to steal from the game providers before the whole U.S. social casino scene is shut down.
The worst thing you can do for your casino is to make a lot of players think they won money, and then surprise them later that they are just keeping it.
