The assistance was incorrect
The assistance was incorrect. I asked the option to upgrade my account to be able to watch om 2 different devices at the same time.
- Initially i got a link for a new account for 2 devices at the online pricing. But i already had an account.
- the next link was for a new account also at online pricing. Even though initially online there is a discount when you order for an account on 2 devices.
But more importantly, I wasn't informed that 1 account to watch on 2 devices is not possible. Therefore i need to use 2 accounts.
This is not what i wanted and i asked for a refund.
I was simply informed that a restitution is not possible.
