If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. All was great until it wasn’t. I was getting on EVERY SINGLE day getting the daily. Well just so happens one day I get on, get a dollar or so, had a dollar or so already on there, go and spin a couple times, hit bonus. I get to about $40 then go to a different game, hit it big. I get it up to $342. Well I played out the $42 and left the $300 on there for redemption. Couldn’t redeem without making a purchase. So I made a $19.99 purchase, get to the verification, takes three days for them to verify my identity, they didn’t do anything til I contacted support about verification, then that took about 10 minutes and it was done. Once that was done, I redeem my $300 winnings, then the next day (today 8-8-25) they send me an email saying this

That email was send exactly three minutes after they sent me an email saying redemption was approved and was on its way.
What a load of crap. A win is a win. It should not matter rather it’s from a daily, free spins or any other win. Don’t waste your time.
I will be reaching out to support regarding this.
