The entire checkout process the total SAID $164.50 taxes and fees included.
AFTER I confirm payment, my receipt says $197.75 paid (with $33.25 in taxes).
I took screenshots throughout the payment process just in case something like this happens, but I’m still surprised something did. This is frustrating and disappointing.

We apologize but by law we need to charge taxes which are not the fees with the hotel. All fees and taxes are shown before adding the payment and agreeing with the terms of sale. Please provide us an order or call us and we can explain.
