Good support

The first unit failed. Unable to fix it "remotely".
Had very good communications and quick response from Adam. He organised a replacement unit. All good now. The remote has all the functions needed to replace the OEM unit. Highly recommend this company.
Ps. I am in Australia, shipping was good too

High cost for a small chip

Charged for a tiny insignificant mark/ chip on the windscreen. Cost of repair was $57.42. thats ok, but then $110 admin fee ( phone O'Brian glass ) and $85.58 off road fee ( cost of a full day rental) O'Brian would have done the job on site in 15 minutes.
I think those charges are unfair and not warranted in this case of such a small incident.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We understand how frustrating unexpected costs can feel, especially when the damage seems minor.

Our fees are not only for the physical repair but also cover the associated costs of managing the incident, coordinating with repairers, and ensuring the vehicle is returned to a safe and rentable standard.

We do appreciate your comments and will pass them on to our management team as we continually review our processes.
