Negative ethos

Although I submitted details of my amp, the remote I ordered was not compatible. Response to some of my emails took up to 10 days. I was expected to pay for return postage, which would have left me with a balance of about £3/4 in credit. As I'm based in the UK, next time It would be logical to use a UK website.

we are sorry to hear about your negative experience and apologize that our products and services did not meet your expectations.

We apologize that it has taken us longer than usual to respond to your emails as we have been working on a solution as we wanted to resolve the matter for you and provide you with a working product.

However, it is not true that you have lost any money. You were supplied with a non-functioning product and if you had returned the remote control, we would have paid all costs (including return shipping). We value our customers and in cases where the fault is on our side (which can happen sometimes, as we are also only human), we always cover all costs.

We also have a new solution that has been suggested to you via email and we hope to hear from you.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
