Do not buy from this company
I have never written an online review but felt compelled to let other shoppers know - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress took a month to arrive, with no updates as to when it shipped, when it would arrive, etc. Once it arrived and it was not what I wanted, I began the return process by emailing customer service. They offered me $12 to keep the dress - the dress was $85. When I emailed back and said I would like the full refund with instructions on how to mail it back, they offered me $25. I am worn down with waiting on their responses and just want out of this, so I am taking the $25, which means I AM LOSING $60 BY NOT BEING ABLE TO JUST SIMPLY RETURN THIS DRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF THERE IS ANY POSSIBILITY YOU MAY WANT TO RETURN IT.
