The young lady I’ve just spoke to. More helpful than from the last person I spoke to and hopefully things will get sorted. Being able to change an email address should be simple but clearly not ! Having to rejoin just to change a password and my breed of Dog isn’t listed plus you loose all your past orders and vouchers and your breed of Dog isn’t even listed. So have just changed my star rating! App is absolutely useless!

Review of Sparkling Direct
Wrong order sent, had to email them, phone lines permanently busy, got an apology and the wooden box which it should have come in was sent out next day after I contacted them. Sadly the Prosecco doesn’t fit in the box.They do try to sort things out but make sure you order in plenty of time for them to do it. Too late now to sort mine out, the items are good quality but sadly not impressed.

Well up to now it’s going well, Day 3 and they are still a little apprehensive but they are eating it and my Dog with colitis is pooing better normal poos so that’s a plus. Time will tell fingers crossed 🤞

Called at Woodlands shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good variety balanced food, no additives or full of crap. My 2 wolfed it down, let’s hope this continues and they deliver, they will also take it back if your dogs don’t like it as long as it’s unopened and still frozen. No subscription, no asking for age, if there Spey etc. unlike other big companies asking irrelevant questions for food that’s mass produced and everyone gets the same stuff at twice the price!! No matter what people tell you raw is what they need. Dogs derive from the grey Wolf and they may have been domesticated but their guts haven’t!

My two love their Butternut box, always clean bowls. Good price, great delivery always on time. Customer service is amazing if you need them. Sadly they stopped eating it, found they had put Salmon oil in one of the recipes and showed they could have allergens they knew they were allergic to sadly informed me after my Dogs were both ill. Still a good food if you’re Dogs not allergic to fish oil.
